Committee Letter
Many professional schools require or recommend that applicants receive a Health Professions Committee (HPC) letter – a comprehensive letter of recommendation from individuals who are able to assess your ability to succeed in your intended professional program. Our office coordinates this process for our students and alumni.
ECU students applying to the ECU School of Dental Medicine are required to participate in this process. It is strongly recommended by the Brody School of Medicine as well. It may be required for applicants to Optometry, Pharmacy, and Podiatry programs.

The deadline for the 2024-2025 application cycle (for applicants planning to begin professional school in Fall 2025) is September 1st, 2024.
